Just today, my tooth cracked and part of cavity filling is exposed. it doesnt hurt, is this serious?

You should get in to see your dentist as soon as possible. A cracked tooth is probably not life threatening, but you become extremely painful if the nerve or dentin is exposed. This could also open you up to infection which could lead to losing the tooth or an abcess. Good LUCK!

You probably don't need to call your dentist out of bed, but you should see him/her as soon as possible. Don't eat on that side.
Go to the dentist as soon as possible. It won't be serious for a few days, until food starts creeping in, and decaying your tooth.
