If you have a root canal, should you be able to feel any pain in that tooth?
I had a root canal done back in the summer, and recently the tooth has started aching in the evening.
The dentist mentioned that a part of one of the tools had broken off in my root cavity when he did the procedure. Could that cause the pain?
